Soy sauce pickled abalone with osmanthus & tana
“A human being is primarily a bag for putting food into.” __George Orwell
In traditional Taiwanese weddings, abalones were a must-have for the guest tables to symbolize wealth and honour. To celebrate this happiness, we’ve bottled abalones from Gongliao and marinated it with Taiwanese soy sauce. Caught straight from the shore and purged of sand, these abalones were instantly frozen and sent directly to factories. Orwell said that as a human being, you should choose carefully what food you put in your stomach; LOUU seals the waves of the Northeastern coast so you can be one with the ocean.
