Soy sauce pickled abalone with osmanthus & tana

In traditional Taiwanese weddings, abalones were a must-have for the guest tables to symbolize wealth and honour. To celebrate this happiness, we’ve bottled abalones from Gongliao and marinated it with Taiwanese soy sauce. Caught straight from the shore and purged of sand, these abalones were instantly frozen and sent directly to factories.
